Spring Flower Workshop

Spring is in the Air!

Let’s celebrate by coming out of hibernation and making a beautiful Spring Flower Arrangement together.  Just in time for Easter.

Our Spring Flower Workshop will be held on Thursday, March 28 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. 

Join us for an informative and enjoyable time together complete with a large assortment of beautiful flowers and expert advice from Mt Airy Lavender’s certified floral designer, Amy Saha.

No experience is necessary. All supplies and instructions will be provided.  

Pre-purchased tickets are Required. Space is limited so sign up early.

We’ll serve our signature Lavender cocktail and some light snacks.

BYOB - Wine glasses will be provided

Registration ends at midnight Sunday, March 24, if space is still available

Dahlia Days Flower Workshop

Want to have fun, learn and create a gorgeous Dahlia flower arrangement?

If so, please join us for an informative and enjoyable time together complete with a large assortment of beautiful flowers and expert advice from Mt Airy Lavender’s certified floral designer, Amy Saha.

This event will be held on Thursday, October 7 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Mt Airy Lavender Farm.

At this workshop you will learn about Dahlia care, and create two floral arrangements; one to take home and the other to be donated to Petals Please (www.petalsplease.org), an organization whose mission is "To Bring JOY to Seniors through the Beauty of Flowers".  

No experience is necessary. All supplies and instructions will be provided.  

Pre-Purchased Tickets are Required. Space is limited so sign up early.

The workshop Includes: Beverages, snacks, vases, flowers, and all the supplies needed.

Mother's Day Arrangements at Mt Airy Lavender Virtual Open House

One-of-a-kind floral arrangement to celebrate the One-of-a-kind mother’s in your life! Send a smile to your mother, grandmother, or a friend to show your appreciation.  Each arrangement is unique, designed by Mt Airy Flowers. Arrangements will come in this adorable “Celfie Vase” that you can use again and again.

Each design will be unique just like your mom! When you order tell us a little about the person you are gifting this to. What are their favorite colors, their hobbies, their personality?  We will do our best to capture their personality and design with them in mind! 

Each is $40, includes Ceramic vase is 6.75" Tall x 5.25" Wide.

Pre-order by May 6th for farm pick up on May 8th or May 9th. Pick-up between 10 am and 4 pm. Just text us when you’ve arrived and we will deliver to your car.

Want to learn more about cooking with Lavender?    This session will cover basic do’s and don’ts and useful techniques for creating both sweet and savory lavender recipes.  You will also have the opportunity to taste some delicious appetizers, snacks, beverages and treats and take-home culinary lavender and recipes to try in your own kitchen.

Admission is $45.

Join Brianne Murphy for yoga in the lavender field.  Bring your yoga mat or a towel.  The view and connection with nature promise to nurture your practice. No experience is necessary, class is designed to be accessible to all.

 Space is limited.  Cost is $20 and tickets must be purchased in advance. 

Weather permitting, we will be outside.  In case of rain, we will move inside to the barn.  Dress to move, some mats or chairs available.

June Open Houses

Come visit Mt Airy Lavender for our Open House weekends. Shop our lavender products, purchase a farm fresh bouquet from Mt Airy Flowers, and bring your cameras or a picnic lunch to enjoy on the farm. We will also have lavender cookies and Alex’s Lemonade Stand for you to enjoy. We aren’t normally open to the public, so this is a great opportunity to enjoy the farm.  Please note - we lost quite a bit of lavender due to all the rain and lack of sun. We are in the process of replanting. The farm is still quite beautiful so we hope to see you at our Open Houses.

We will be open 11 am to 4pm on:

  • Saturday, June 22 & Sunday, June 23

  • Saturday, June 29 & Sunday, June 30

Note: Bees love lavender, please be aware that bees will be attending the Open House as well.  If you are allergic to them, please take special precautions!
